ChatGPT, write me an email.
It's a new era and the world has changed - ChatGPT is here and has produced astounding results.
While I personally believe that artificial intelligence is exactly that - artificial - I cannot deny that ChatGPT enables writers to save time and write faster with its ability to generate content within a few seconds.
While you can ask ChatGPT personal questions such as "What color goes best with black?", it can also help you draft personalized cold emails and significantly decrease your email writing time.
The result is that your outreach campaigns will be more rampant, your email communication may flourish, and you may even close more deals because you are able to target more prospects.
However, the AI email writer or AI email assistant (whatever you would like to call it), is not limited to only cold emails, but can take care of all your messages.

OpenAI is free while a credit card is required if you would like to access the Premium version. The platform is miraculous and is definitely part of the future of content and digital marketing. With one prompt and one click, you get an email copy that you can send to your customer and your campaign may get plenty of responses - it is sometimes that good.
However, the AI email writing assistant does have critics who say we should only use ChatGPT for ideas when we have less time. Critics say that we can sometimes use some of its suggestions but shouldn't be using the message word for word- especially without checking it first!
ChatGPT has often been found to plagiarize and sometimes it is not as accurate as you would like it to be.
Before we get into that, let's explore what else ChatGPT can do.
There are numerous things ChatGPT can do for email campaigns, but here are a few:
Email writing
Writing subject lines
Providing information about companies
Helping you personalize your campaigns
Writing website copy
Giving suggestions for content, titles, captions, etc.
Giving blog ideas and altering the tone of a blog
Writing blog articles
Helping you prepare templates to automate emails and set email responders
Some of the world's most powerful people are using ChatGPT templates to write faster emails. While the email produced may not be exactly what you want and you may have to do a little editing to personalize, you can go a long way by giving ChatGPT the details and context.
Jeff Magioncalda, the CEO of Coursera, is extensively using the AI writing assistant to write speeches and emails. As Microsoft infuses the OpenAI with $10 billion, there will be no end to what the tool can do for the average human and everyday business.
We are not going to get into the technical specifics of how AI for email writing works but we can tell you that ChatGPT can write an original email message when you give the tool some context and give it the right prompts.
For example, you can say, "Please write an email to my boss asking him to give me leave for a week. Use short sentences and mention that I worked over 72 hours last week."
Here is the tool's answer:
Dear [Boss's Name],
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to request a one-week leave from work, starting from [start date] to [end date].
Last week, I worked for over 72 hours, and I feel that taking a break is necessary to recharge and rejuvenate. I believe that a week's leave will enable me to come back to work with renewed energy and productivity.
I will ensure that all my work responsibilities are delegated to my colleagues, and I will make myself available to provide any necessary support before my leave.
Thank you for considering my request, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Best regards,

Pretty smart, right? It takes a few seconds to generate such an email, so it is no wonder that managers and CEOs are highly fond of AI email writing tools such as ChatGPT.
Let's talk about what more you need to say to ChatGPT to get the right results.
You must take the email copy with a pinch of salt and must read what the tool has come up with and ensure it fits your specific situation. You may also need to edit it a bit.
I repeat that AI helps with writing but it shouldn't be taken as is. Tools such as ChatGPT are drawing inspiration from what already exists on the Internet - but then, don't we all?
It is a good idea to leverage AI to save time and this is particularly useful in cold outreach when you have to send a high volume of emails and need a number of templates to work with. If you did them yourself, it would take hours if not days or weeks to generate 100-300 templates that you can send to an extensive audience.
For example, you are preparing cold email campaigns to sell a SaaS tool. Tell ChatGPT a little about your prospects and insert some prospect data.
For example, "Write an email to my customer. Her name is Anna and she is interested in finding out more about our pricing plan. Make the tone a bit humorous and tell her how our tool can keep her out of spam and land in her clients' inboxes. Tell her we can give her a free trial for a month."
This is the result.
Dear Anna,
I hope this email finds you doing well! I heard that you're interested in our pricing plan and I'm here to tell you all about it. But before we get started, let me just say that if your emails are landing in your client's spam folder, then you're not alone. It's like getting lost in a maze, only the maze is full of angry spam filters.
But don't worry, we've got the solution to keep you out of that dreaded spam folder! Our pricing plan is designed to help you send emails that not only get delivered but also read by your clients.
With our powerful tool, you can personalize your emails, track their performance, and send them at the perfect time to land in your client's inbox. Plus, our spam filter checker ensures that your emails will always make it past the spam filter and into your client's inbox.
And the best part? You can try our tool for free for a whole month! That's right; you can test drive our pricing plan and see for yourself how it can boost your email marketing efforts.
So, what are you waiting for? Sign up for our free trial today and say goodbye to the spam folder forever. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email, and I'll be happy to assist you.
Best regards,

The AI email writer is pretty good at understanding humans and what they require and comes up with impeccable email copy.
Whether you are sending cold emails to prospects or writing messages to a business or your current customers, ChatGPT can give you plenty of suggestions based on the data you provide to it. You can also give it more complex prompts, something we will discuss in a future blog post.
AI email writing tools have definitely made an impact and artificial intelligence is on the rise. Tedious tasks like writing email messages or responding to the high number of messages in a business's Inbox are now easier with the help of AI.
ChatGPT is not only for reducing writing time but can also help in comprehension and other tasks. Here is what ChatGPT can do besides coming up with content from scratch:
You can ask ChatGPT to rephrase subject lines or give you more suggestions for the title of a blog or email.
You can also ask the tool to help you write a good header for your LinkedIn profile before you include the link when asking a business or customer to join you on the platform.
Thinking of using an app? You can ask OpenAI to give you suggestions of what apps would fit your purpose.
You can also write a prompt to ChatGPT to find prominent keywords in your prospect's LinkedIn profile.
You can generate the summary of a blog targeted to a certain audience with and it will only take a moment to do so.
You can use AI copywriting tools to write or rewrite the copy for an ad or write drip sequences that you can automate for a campaign.
You can ask the AI tool to write a response to a cold email your own business has received.
However, while the AI tool and other tools of its kind may be able to generate several types of content within a few minutes and can answer your questions, you must re-read the answers and confirm. There may be slight inaccuracies.
The tools do not have a brain of their own but are using the data on the internet to create your content and fulfill your requests - which is why they are called artificial intelligence tools.
Regardless, AI tools have changed the dynamic of the market and email marketing as a whole.
Now, you can simply request content, check it, and automate your campaign, so you can focus on other ways to convert your prospects. It's a whole new way to create a cold email or even if you are sending emails to warm leads - or to be honest - even to your parents!
ChatGPT is great and the free plan is sufficient for your needs. However, if you want to use AI extensively, you can purchase the Premium version of the AI tool. A credit card is required or you can use another online payment method to use the paid version.
At the moment, you can use a faster and always available version of the AI tool with the Premium plan - it doesn't offer anything extra. Other features may be added later.
However, if your strategy is based on cold email and you want to send 1000s of emails a day, using the Premium version of the tool may not be a bad option.
Speaking of cold emails, you also need to warm up your email domain and use a full-fledged email marketing service in order to ensure your mails reach your recipients and they properly engage with them. Pribox offers all of that and more!
