Creating an Email Campaign

A guide on how to create an automate email workflow

Step 1: Access the email campaign feature by navigating to the "Campaigns" tab in the sidebar, as demonstrated.

Step 2: Click on "Start New Campaign" to initiate a new campaign.

Step 3: A prospect list node is already present on the canvas. Click anywhere on the node to select a prospect list to which you intend to send the email campaign.

Step 4: Upon clicking the prospect list node, an overlay will appear. Choose a pre-added prospect list from the dropdown. If no prospect list has been added, you'll be redirected to the Prospect tab to add prospects.

Step 5: On the right-hand sidebar, you'll find various nodes to add to the canvas. To add an email, click on the email node.

Step 6: Open the overlay by clicking the email node. Here, you can input the email body and subject. You can select from pre-existing templates or use PenPal by Pribox to generate email content using AI.

Step 7: Trigger nodes and delay nodes serve distinct purposes. A delay node introduces a delay between two email nodes. As for the Trigger node (explained in Step 8)...

Step 8: The Trigger node allows you to initiate specific actions when a prospect either opens an email or clicks on an embedded link within the email. For instance, if a user opens the email, you can set it up to trigger another email, achieved by adding another email node after the Trigger node.

Step 9: You also have the option to include variants by clicking on the "+" icon located next to the email node, as illustrated in the image. You can add up to 5 variants. Prospects and variants will be evenly distributed across the campaign.

Step 10: Utilize the Goal node to filter prospects who follow a particular workflow. Make sure to assign appropriate names to your goal nodes, such as 'Hot Leads' or 'Cold Leads.'

Step 11: Before proceeding, ensure that you connect your nodes as indicated in the image.

Step 12: After creating your email workflow, select the email address you wish to send the emails from. You can even choose multiple mailboxes; we'll evenly distribute the emails among them.

Step 13: Enable or disable various tracking mechanisms, as shown in the image.

Step 14: Set a schedule and routine for your email campaign. Don't forget this crucial step!

Step 15: Finally, name your campaign and initiate it. Happy emailing!
